Refund Policy:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• The game must be purchased directly from our official website, Blendedthegame.com. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made from third-party retailers or platforms.

• The refund request must be made within 21 calendar days from the date of your purchase.

• The product must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and undamaged in any way.

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase for the game.

• The shipping expenses for returning the game to us for a refund are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for eligible products that meet the specified criteria mentioned above.

• If the product is opened or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Once your eligible return is received, our team of professionals will inspect the product to verify its condition and compliance with the refund policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement for credit card payments.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blended is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blendedthegame.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@blendedthegame.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
